Property transactions take too long, information moves slowly and too much still relies on people chasing for answers. We're changing that, for estate agents and the people moving through them.

Building talent pool

We progress property sales on behalf of estate agencies across the UK. Once a file comes to us, we take responsibility for keeping it moving from instruction through to exchange.

You'll manage a portfolio of live transactions, working with solicitors, mortgage brokers, agents, buyers and sellers to keep each sale moving. Our system handles much of the tracking and admin around you, giving you a clear picture of what needs attention and when.

Your job is to know what's happening, get the answers we need and spot problems before they become delays.

What you'll do

✓Manage a portfolio of live property sales
✓Liaise with solicitors, mortgage brokers, agents, buyers and sellers
✓Chase the right people at the right time to keep transactions moving
✓Keep every contact and outcome accurately recorded
✓Identify delays and escalate problems early
✓Keep our agency partners informed without them having to chase us

What we're looking for

→Experience in sales progression, conveyancing or estate agency
→Comfortable managing multiple transactions at different stages
→Confident on the phone and comfortable chasing for answers
→Organised, persistent and good at keeping track of detail
→Able to work independently and take ownership of your files
→Based in the UK and eligible to work here
