Common questions
When exactly does the payment fall due?
On the day of exchange. We invoice after exchange completes and payment is due within 7 days. You never pay before a sale is legally committed.
What happens if the sale falls through before exchange?
Nothing is charged. Whether it falls through the day after instruction or three months in, if there's no exchange there's no fee. That's how we align our incentives with yours.
Can I choose a different tier per sale?
Yes. Every file is independent. You might self-progress a straightforward chain-free cash purchase and hand a complex leasehold to us — you decide per sale, not per contract.
Are the prices inclusive of VAT?
Yes. £59 for self-progress and the outsourced bands (£250/£300/£350) are all inclusive of VAT. No surprises on the invoice.
Is there a bulk or volume discount?
We don't publish a tiered discount table, but agencies progressing a high volume of files with our outsourced team should speak to us — we can discuss arrangements that reflect the volume of work.
What's the difference between the /demo and getting started on self-progress?
The demo is a live walkthrough for agencies who want to see the product before committing. If you already know you want to use the self-progress software, book a demo and we'll get you set up immediately after — there's no separate onboarding step.
