Marketing site launched
Public-facing site live with full product overview, pricing, how-it-works walkthrough, client portal preview, and demo booking.
Client portal: exchange and completion screens
Buyers and sellers now see a full-screen celebration view on exchange, with confetti and a clear completion countdown. Completion date confirmed in the portal once keys are handed over.
Agent dashboard (read-only)
Negotiators and directors can now view a live read-only dashboard showing all active files, their current milestone, days elapsed, and any files flagged for attention — without being able to edit anything.
Automated milestone emails
Every milestone now triggers personalised emails to the buyer, seller, and agent — explaining what the milestone means for them specifically, not just a status notification.
Work queue prioritisation
The work queue now orders files by urgency — highlighting files that have passed expected milestone durations and those with no contact logged in more than seven days.
Outsourced progression service
Agencies can now hand individual files to our team for full progression. Each file is independently scoped — no contract required. Priced on exchange.
Client portal (buyer & seller view)
Buyers and sellers receive a unique link in their welcome email. The portal shows their current progress, the next action expected, and a timeline of completed milestones — without requiring an account.
Two-sided milestone tracking
Separate milestone tracks for vendor and purchaser, each with their own solicitor, timeline, and progress state — reflecting how conveyancing actually works.
